I’m Noémi, your Silent Thinking Space Holder and someone who understands what it’s like to feel pulled in every direction, with no time to hear your own thoughts.



For years, I gave everything to others: my clients, my family, my work. But I never gave myself the space I truly needed to think.



Not long ago, I took my first-ever trip to the US, spending time hiking in the beautiful North Carolina. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and gave me something I didn’t realize I was craving: space to think.



Every quiet step felt like a reset for my brain. That journey reminded me of the power of stillness and reflection when we finally step away from the noise.



No fixing. No pressure. Just stillness. And when I finally did? Everything changed.


That’s why I created Silent Thinking Sessions.


I hold an intentional, peaceful space where you can finally pause and breathe.


I don’t coach; I don’t advise.



I simply offer a quiet, steady presence.

I’ve learned that healing doesn’t always happen in conversations; sometimes it happens in silence, when someone is simply there with you.
